I came home from work one
Sunday evening to find my next door neighbor waiting for me. He was holding a
little kitten in his hand that had been abandoned at his girlfriend’s
workplace. “All I could think of was to give it to The Lady with all the Animals,” he said. I named her Merry hoping
that she would become friends with Pippin and she has, so much so that she’s
bonded more closely with him than with me! |
